The StaticBox is a new reverse audio ITC application for Android devices developed by Brian Holloway. It is a lifestyle program that allows users to listen to real radio static and tuning audio featuring 8 banks of reversed static plus a 9th user-controlled static bank. The app uses random algorithms for sweep rate bank firing as well as random volume as each bank fires. Its intuitive design makes it easy to use, just hit the button and go, and adjust the 9th static bank slider if required.
The app is designed to help users listen for any words coming from the random noise generated by the banks as the sweep. As with all apps, results may vary, but patience and practice can yield positive results. The StaticBox is compatible with Android 9.0 and is available as a full version.
